My wife and I joined the Semi-Private program and after training with Fabiola for a few months, I can honestly say I’m glad that we decided to train. I’ve dropped 3% body fat, mastered deadlifts, and feel like I have a ton more energy! I’m being more consistent with exercise out of class and feel like I’m being held accountable. I’m really making headway toward hitting all of my goals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get started on their fitness goals with the right team behind them!

How to lose weight? Now ask me how! Fabiola and Miguel have been patient with me as I rebuild my motivation to workout again since the lockdowns. Fabiola personalizes a workout schedule based on my schedule in person and on my personal training off days. They will followup with you by email and text to make sure you have done your cardio on your personal training days off. The first month with Fabiola I lost 8 pounds! You can sign up for 2, 3, and 4 times a week. I personally signed up for the 3 times a week and I feel great! This is a great place if you have slacked off with your workout schedule, need a refresher, and need motivation! They really are here to help you reach your fitness goals and to feel better about yourself.

I have been going to Own It Fitness for just a few months and have never done any kind of personal training. From day one the team was very encouraging and we worked together to come up with a program specific to my needs and fitness goals. Own It Fitness has been a game changer. After many struggles to get in shape with varying degrees of success, I have finally found something that I know I can stick to for the long run. Own It Fitness offers a variety of programs, and they work with you to find which best suits you. In particular, Miguel is a very experienced and knowledgeable personal trainer, and his training style definitely reflects this. He created a personalized plan to help me reach my fitness goals, and he adapts the training plan to keep up with my evolving needs. For example, he tailors specific workouts to my energy level for the day and even modifies each movement to take into consideration limitations like past injuries. He is supportive and motivating, and he always encourages me to challenge myself every day. I am excited not only seeing the visible results, but I also have more energy and feel more self-confident.

I have been a Member of this gym for several months now. I highly recommend them, for many reasons, among them: 1) They create a personalized fitness plan that is specific to you. Using available apps, they help you track calories and meals, and can craft at home workouts for the days you are not in the gym with them. This is particularly important if, like me, you are a poor eater and need a method to track calories, and to have your trainer check in on that progress as well, as they do. 2) My trainer is Fabiola. She is good at making sure that I stretch and that I am properly warm before we begin training, which is important for me since I have pre-existing back and knee injuries. She incorporates my fitness and weight goals into the training program as well. I would highly recommend Own It Fitness to anyone looking for a small gym which provides personalized training, and assistance with nutrition. They are excellent.

I have been training with Miguel for 7+ years. I have worked with others trainers in the past and the reasons for the longevity w/ Miguel are related to the personal touch that he provides clients. During the 7+ years, I have trained with different goals and motivations and he has met me where I was in my fitness regiments - whether getting lean, stronger, flexibility or overall health. There are no cookie cutter programs here - it is personalized training for personalized goals and outcomes.
I am elated that he has started Own It with the same passion, interest and dedication to all members. And he has attracted like-minded folks in Fabiola and Taylor that share his passion and dedication.
I am a fan of training and Own It! If you have never trained - and you are struggling with a fitness goal, try-It and ask questions, cannot think of a better place than Own It; it will be the best investment you can make in yourself. I started training with Fabiola in their Semi-Private training program in July and since joining I’ve felt an increase in my stamina, dropped inches in my waist, learned how to exercise with a barbell, and holding a plank for a whole minute! We’re in the process of moving and through that process the Own It Team has still been keeping me accountable, making sure I get to my workouts. Fabiola is a great trainer who has helped me build a lot more confidence around lifting weights, which was something I wasn’t comfortable with before. I would highly recommend Own It Fitness to anyone looking for strong support and accountability to achieving their fitness goals!

Own It Fitness is an outstanding company that works with their clients to achieve any fitness goal. Not only do they tailor your program to your lifestyle and specific needs, but they really care about the well being of each individual.
From personal experience of going through multiple trainers who give me a cookie cutter workout plan, Own It Fitness really gave me the tools and support I needed to get on track and achieve my goals.
Miguel, from Own It Fitness, is super knowledgeable and makes sure to explain each workout and how to do it with proper form. I had a previous bicep tendon disorder that didn't allow me to move my arm past 90 degrees. In just under 3 months, I am now able to move my arm a full 180 degrees! Miguel listened to my specific needs and helped me gain muscle and strength in my shoulder area and I can now move it with no pain.
With Own It Fitness there are no excuses. They can train you in person or remotely via Zoom (even when you're on vacation!). If you're looking for reliable trainers that really know their stuff, then please contact them to see how you can make your fitness goals a reality!

If you’re like me, you would work out here and there maybe lose a few pounds but never really felt like you were making progress. I explored personal training but wasn’t sure if it was right for me but I’m so glad I did. Miguel and the Own It Fitness team really took the time to explain what a program with them would look like, always keeping your goals in mind. He even introduced weight training to me (which I was scared to do) and I loved it. Over the year and half we worked together I have lost 36 pounds, but more importantly (to me) I lost about 2-3 inches around my waist and I feel so strong. If you are thinking of doing personal training I highly recommend Own It Fitness, you won’t regret it!

Miguel is an amazing trainer who is very knowledgeable. Miguel adapts to what you need and is easy to get along with. Very kind and caring! Since training with him I've gotten into the best shape I've ever been.
